I have this data in a table in a SQL Server 2025 database:

EmailAddressID EmailAddress
7              [email protected]

If I run this query, which row(s) are returned?

 *
 FROM person.EmailAddress
 WHERE REGEXP_LIKE(EmailAddress, '^D', 'i')
